Mattress Review Site Compares TempurPedic Mattress to the Sealy iComfort

TempurPedic mattresses have long held their position as the most revolutionary development in the mattress industry, but according to the site owners of qMattresses.com, the Sealy iComfort just might give TempurPedic a bit of a run for their money.
While no one could ever really take the place of the TempuPedic innovation, the Serta iComfort stands to offer a new, revolutionary development in the world of mattresses. They claim to have remedied the most common complaint with memory foam mattresses – lack of heat dissipation – with their new gel-infused memory foam.
Hot sleeping is one of the most common memory foam mattress complaints, and TempurPedic isn’t immune to these complaints. According to Serta, their gel-infused memory foam is the first of its kind. It is designed to work just like regular memory foam, but it sleeps much cooler and offers more support. This could mean big trouble for TempurPedic as well as companies that have modeled their products after TempurPedic.
It’s also easy to see that Serta took a direct hit at TempurPedic’s longest in-home trial and mattress warranty offers. Serta offers an extra thirty days to try in the home, risk free and they offer a warranty that extends a full five years after the TempurPedic’s warranty runs out.
But don’t hop on the iComfort train just yet. It’s still a new product, and like most new products, you only have what the word of the company to base your decision on. With TempurPedic, years of customer satisfaction back up the company’s lofty claims of being one of the best mattresses on the market.
So if you’re in the market for a new mattress, which one do you buy? Well, the answer really depends on you. You could choose the TempurPedic mattress and go for trusty and reliable memory foam and learn how to deal with the hot sleeping problems that most customers complain about.
If, however, you don’t mind trying something new and you like being one of the first people to try a new product, the Serta iComfort could be exactly what you’re looking for. And at a price lower than the TempurPedic, it could be a solution that can help you save money and get a better night’s sleep.
Still not sure? Then my suggestion for you is to wait as long as you can. Over the next several months, mattress reviews on the iComfort will come rolling in and you will be able to accurately compare the iComfort to the TempurPedic. While the two aren’t really one in the same, there may be some differences that mattress buying pioneers can divulge that can help you decide which memory foam mattress is right for you.

Interesting article! I did not know about Sealy's new product. I had a TemperPedic mattress, though, and hated it ... it was too hot and it did not stay supportive ... I had a dug a "hole" in it after just two years, and I only weight 115 pounds! I'm very interested in following the progress of this new mattress, as if those two problems could be fixed, we'd have a winner. Nice job and voted up!
